Not received DPC I.D. Card on email after renewal of more than 45 days.

I renewed my delhi pharmacy council (DPC) registration off line on feb. 26. 2019
but not received identity card till 16/04/2019 on my email id given in my form
i.e. om.prakash1@ymail.com

Reasons could be:
1.In form there is some mistake
2. They sent on wrong email.
3. while sending emails they missed yours.
Solution :
Call delhi pharmacy council on telephone , confirm your email id and tell them your registration number. They will email you again.
