| Educational Qualifications | · Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized University/Institution. · Candidate must have passed Diploma/Degree in the year 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. · Candidate should possess Pass Certificate as on date of Application. · Candidate with status “Appearing” or “Result awaited” shall not be eligible. · Candidate with pending Back Papers or whose Supplementary Exam results are awaited shall not be eligible.

- Copy of SSLC (Class X) Marks Card.
- Copy of Diploma/Degree Mark sheet/ internet downloaded result sheets.
- Copy of BOAT portal Registration for Diploma/Degree.
- Copy of the Aadhar card and PAN card.
- Copy of Domicile Certificate (Date of issue after 01/01/2020).
- Copy of Caste Certificate/ PWD Certificate. In case of OBC (NCL), Certificate should not be older than 3 years from the date of Notification released.
- Copy of Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate.
- Character (Police) and Medical Certificate of the selected Candidates will be sought as per the Address provided in the Domicile Certificate only.
