Essential Qualification
• Matriculation or equivalent examination with Education Board or any other Education Board by the State Government of Haryana.
• Having a Diploma in Pharmacy from an Institution State Government of Haryana.
• Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
General Male/Female : Rs 150/-
Female(Haryana resident) : Rs 75/-
SC/BC/EWS Candidates of Harvana State Male : Rs 35/- , Female : Rs 18/-

yes you should apply. Because B. pharm is higher qualification so must be eligible. Use your B.pharm degree from Haryana.
Can other cast condidate apply
yes any caste can apply. Castes other than BCA and BCB will be considered as general caste.

note: in contravention of pci circulars only diploma candidates from haryana were able to fill form, not B. pharm degree holders. Someone asked if this can be challenged in court, yes it can be challenged. Already such case is undergoing in an southern state. To avoid higher grade pay and respect to pharmacist community some states are asking only diploma holders to fill forms. This is policy of divide and rule.
